THIS IS LIBBY AND THE MAIN REASON WE STARTED SHOWING AND BREEDING SHOW DOGS! SHE IS NOW RETIRED!
Update: Dozer passed away in early 2020 and will be dearly missed but we have one of his grandbabies here to continue his legacy!
DOZER-CH SULLIVAN'S MAKIN TRACKS WITH JESSLYN is now retired and living with my daughter Jessly who trained him to show. He is now almost 10 and was the start of our passion for breeding and showing. Perfect no but he was in our eyes and really turned our life around in more ways than one.
My goal has always been to improve the breed and to breed selectively with that goal in mind. I have been slowly improving my lines and health testing to make that possible. Its been a slow process with my health and brain surgery in April 2018. It has been a really rough couple of years but I have hung in here and will continue to do so. My dogs and the passion for them is what has kept me pushing through the hard times. They are my life along with my husband and children and always will be. Hard times have come and gone but we have stuck to our guns and will continue to do so. I do sell to breeders sometimes with rights if they are approved. So many people out there think they need to hold their lines sacred and so forth. But people will breed no matter what and I would rather see nice well bred dogs over some of the horrible examples of the breed out there. My show dogs and lines are kept seperate though so this is not a possibility on all my dogs just fyi! We are super selective on the show lines and will continue to do so. But my lines that are not under contract are being improved as I can keep back or bring in nice dogs to add to those lines. Either way none of them are allowed to be used with color lines! That is not an exception and something I feel should not be done with my dogs. Yes I have had a ton of help or I wouldnt be where I am today and exactly why I like to help others. I like to see others succeed and will continue to help where and when I can to accomplish my success as well as theirs. Please contact me if you would like to talk more about any of this or just talk in general.
My son Gabriel with a puppy of ours. Both my children are great with our babies! this was years ago and he is now a basketball lover so we use a handler to show the dogs. The kids decided they had had enough showing. But he does still help me accumilate them to everything and get them ready for their new homes.

We are located in Southern Louisiana. All my Boston's are my pets and are very well loved. I raise them because I love every aspect of it all from start to finish. They are my favorite breed. There is nothing like a puppy or dog that shows you unconditional love like they do..
Our goal is to raise healthy, happy well socialized puppies as close to the standard as possible. We have been raising dogs for the last nine years and boston terriers for the last six. This breed has found a permanent home with my family and we would not know what to do without one. They have the best personality and are very loving. All of my adults have their own temp controlled room and individual kennels for when we are not at home to watch out for them.
My adults are all in the process of health testing at this time. Some have been tested for a few things but we are in the process of getting them all health tested. I should have all that completed by the end of the year. The tests include Baer (hearing), patella(knees), cardio (heart) and cataract(eyes).
My dogs are in a 12 x 36 foot building with runs to let them inside and out. It is temperature controlled and they are let out all throughout the day in groups so that they get plenty of exercise. My back yard is 1.5 acres and is fenced so they have plenty of room to run and play. I have a pool for them to get in and they love playing in the water. It gets really hot here so they have to have a way to cool off and get out of the heat.
I am usually available for any help or questions that you may have about a puppy of mine or this breed. If i can help I will if not I can refer you to a great vet in this area. I use Suzanne Boucher at Azalea Lakes Vet Clinic in Baton Rouge, La. Please feel free to call her if you have any questions about me or any of my animals. The number is 225-755-3838. She knows me quite well and sees me often. All my puppies are born in my bedroom with me standing watch and helping with the delivery unless a c-section is needed. They stay in my bathroom where it is warm and cozy until their eyes open then they are moved to my living room where they stay until they leave. All my adult dogs are on Purina One True Instict Turkey and puppies are on Purina One puppy chicken. It is a really great food and they all look great. The puppies are well socialized by the time they are eight weeks old and ready to leave. My two children and I spend a lot of time getting them used to as much as possible..
My husband and I have been first responders and fire volunteer fire fighters for a few years now and are members of the Fire Department. As you can see we stay quite busy but giving back to our community is a true blessing to those who need our help and we enjoy every minute.
If you send me an email and I do not respond in a timely manner please give me a call. I try to answer as quickly as possible but if for some reason I don't answer please leave me a message and I will call you back as quickly as possible.
IF AT ANY TIME YOU FEEL YOU CAN NO LONGER CARE FOR THE PUPPY YOU PURCHASED FROM US, PLEASE LET US KNOW, WE WILL TAKE HIM/HER BACK TO FIND THEM A NEW HOME. SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS...
I, DAFFANIE SULLIVAN, OWNER OF SULLIVAN'S BOSTON TERRIER'S RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE OF ONE OF MY PUPPIES AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON..
